Basoo equipment is engineered to outlast — and backed by a limited warranty built for professional use.
Our limited warranty
Every Basoo product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the period shown below, from the date of original purchase. Within the warranty term we will repair or replace the affected product — or supply replacement parts — at no charge for covered defects. This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Coverage periods
Warranty terms vary by product category to reflect how each tool is used in the field.

Periods shown are standard terms; specific models or wholesale contracts may carry extended coverage as stated on the product page or agreement.
What's covered
Defects in materials and workmanship that arise during normal, intended use — including faults in the motor, engine, alternator, control electronics and mechanical assemblies. We repair, replace or supply parts at our discretion.
What's not covered
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; consumable parts; damage from misuse, overload, accident or neglect; use of incorrect fuel, oil or non-genuine parts; unauthorised repair or modification; corrosion from improper storage; or failure to follow the operating and maintenance instructions. Cosmetic marks that don't affect function are also excluded.
Keeping your warranty valid
Use the correct fuel and lubricants, follow the recommended service intervals, and keep records of maintenance. For engines and generators, regular oil changes and clean fuel are essential to keeping coverage valid.
How to make a claim
Email support@basoo.io with your order number, the model and serial number, a description of the fault and photos or video if possible. You can find your order details under My Orders. We'll assess the claim and guide you through repair, replacement or parts supply.
Proof of purchase
A valid invoice or order confirmation is required for all warranty claims. Trade and wholesale customers should reference the relevant purchase order or account.
