We ship Basoo tools, generators and engines to professionals worldwide — from single units to full container loads.
Free shipping over $250
Orders with a subtotal of $250 or more qualify for free standard shipping within our primary delivery zones. Below that threshold, a flat freight rate is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination — heavy items such as generators and engines are quoted by volumetric weight.
Processing time
In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Wholesale and made-to-order quantities may require additional lead time, which we confirm by email before your order ships. Our support team is available 7 days a week to help with urgent requirements.

Transit times depend on destination and the freight method you choose at checkout. Estimates below begin once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we email a tracking number. You can also follow every shipment from your account at My Orders, where you can view status, download invoices and reorder past purchases in one click.
Customs, duties & taxes
For international shipments, import duties and taxes are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient unless agreed otherwise on a wholesale contract. We provide full commercial documentation to keep clearance fast and predictable.
